thinking outside the bun.

i had some extra taco bell hot sauce packets [does this happen to anyone else?] and instead of letting them sit in my pantry for twenty years, i decided to utilize them for the good of mankind.

while cooking some chicken via george foreman [thank you george], i thought it would be interesting to put some hot sauce on the chicken. so i did. i'm sure it would have turned out more flavorful if i marinated it but alas, i don't know how to do that. and i'm scared to try.

but it did turn out very nicely with a yummy zing to it. i threw together a salad, toasted some bread and added a few carrots to my plate for good measure [i hate carrots] and voila, dinner is served.
