oh baz.
yesterday in one of my film classes we were talking about directors and we watched three clips from three different baz luhrmann movies. he is seriously so great. i love all of his color saturation and interpretation on normal, everyday things. if you havent seen any of his films, repent, and go watch one. i would highly recommend moulin rouge, romeo + juliet, and australia. i have yet to see strictly ballroom but i have seen some clips and it looks like a typical baz film. which is a good thing.

I didn't know these were all done by the same director, but I love them... especially moulin rouge!! Love love love :)
Ah!! Baz is my FAVORITE!!! I want to be just like him when I grow up....with a mix of Coen bros. But still! Plus, I'll add in some James McAvoy, James Franco, etc etc.
