trained.

so i ran a half marathon almost two years ago... and it turns out that fact has a coolness [and fitness] expiration date. so i am training for another one. possibly the utah valley half, possibly another. i just know if i want to do one this summer, i need to start training soon.
i am putting my schedule on the sidebar, partly so i have to answer to it since it is public and partly so you can see how i am going about it and join in if you wish.
also, whenever i see this i think, yeah, basically:
time to run for my life.
