breakfast of champions.

i don't really like berries. kind of weird but true. i don't know, i guess i just never really got accustomed to their texture and the fact that their juice is a different color than the actual berry.
but. seeing as how i'm trying to be more healthy and such, i decided to give them a try. and oh man. i am so happy i did. these are my new favorite breakfasts:
 oatmeal, blueberries [or any kind] and walnuts. it's nice because it keeps me full for a long time plus the blueberries give that extra kick of antioxidants.
 the greek gods greek yogurt with blueberries and granola/walnuts. i tried greek yogurt before and it was freaking nasty. then i decided to give this stuff a try and ohmygoodness it has changed my life. plus it's a lot better for you than the regular yoplait.
holy cow. i am now a true believer in berries. except i still don't think i could eat a handful of them by themselves. baby steps...

I love berries. I love Greek Yogurt. It's the only yogurt I eat.

make sure the greek yogurt is 0% fat or 2% fat (the 2% will help you stay full longer), tons of greek yogurts out there have like 16 grams of fat per serving and people dont realize it!
