locke william

in september of 2010, we found out my unborn nephew had a chromosome disorder called trisomy 18.

on january 25th 2011, locke william arrington was born. he lived a few precious minutes before returning to our father in heaven.

although he was with us in his physical body for an extremely short time, i know his spirit has lingered and comforted us these past few days. i can feel his love and his amazing character. i know he could not stay on this earth too long because of his divine mission in heaven. he truly is an example to us and has helped us bond as a family that could not have happened any other way. he has helped me realize that, at the end of the day, what do you have if not family?

i am so grateful for the blessing of such an amazing family.
to be able to call matt my brother and jade my sister.
to have witnessed this miracle of locke's birth.
to have felt his incredible spirit.
for the knowledge that families are forever and we will see locke again.

i love you locke. thank you for coming here to touch my heart but for a moment.
